Welcome to Smith Family Chiropractic! We are located in the beautiful town of Fountain Hills, AZ. At our facilities we focus on wellness of the whole body. Smith Family Chiropractic has been in business since 1995. We are one of the longest standing chiropractic offices in Fountain Hills. We pride ourselves on being connected to the community through our work as well as through a variety of community programs are providers represent. Our office is located along Saguaro Blvd. nestled in between Pal’s Inn and Friendship Pet Hospital.

We would also like to announce that Smith Family Chiropractic has expanded to another location in Pine, Arizona. Dr. Grant Smith will be servicing the kind folks of Pine/Strawberry on Fridays and Saturdays. If you are ever in the area, please stop by and say hello!
